On-Site FAQ.
How exactly does the logistics work?
We coordinate the date and address with you, drive to you in our camper, stay overnight if needed on the company lot or nearby, and are there for setup in the morning. No hotel, no early-morning rush. We're ready for the first recording when your guest arrives.
What if the recording quality in our conference room is poor?
We analyze the room in advance based on your description or a photo. If the acoustics are critical, we bring mobile acoustic solutions. In 4 years of mobile production we've never had a setup we couldn't use — provided you have a room with a door.
What if you're not on my route?
Then we discuss it individually. We can deviate from standard routing, but travel costs apply (€0.30/km, max. €200). For multi-day setups or batch-recording jobs it often still pays off.
What does post-production cost?
Fully included. Recording, editing, mastering, show notes, distribution to all platforms — all part of the On-Site pricing. You get the finished episode, not a raw file.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Ideally 4–8 weeks before your preferred date, since our route plan depends on it. We review last-minute requests individually — if we're near you, sometimes it works within a few days.
Do you also do single-episode On-Site sessions?
Yes, the half-day slot is exactly for that. From €800 depending on scope for a 4-hour session, 2–3 episodes possible. Also great for solo-founder episodes with a premium setup.
